Welcome to iCart.LK. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the iCart.LK website, mobile channels, and related purchasing services operated by iCart.LK as an online retail store.

By visiting, registering, browsing, or placing an order on iCart.LK, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

iCart.LK is a direct-to-consumer online retail store providing quality consumer products, electronics, lifestyle items, and household goods across Sri Lanka. All products displayed in our catalog are directly managed, sold, fulfilled, and warranted by iCart.LK in accordance with our stated product specifications and store policies.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To place orders and access certain customer features, you may register for a customer account. When creating an account, you must provide truthful, current, and accurate personal information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account activities.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or provide fraudulent information.

3. Products, Pricing, and Stock Availability

We make every effort to display product descriptions, specifications, images, and prices as accurately as possible. However, occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or price changes may occur.

• All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable statutory taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product availability is subject to stock on hand. If an ordered product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund or suitable alternative.
• Prices and promotional discounts are subject to change without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already received an official order confirmation.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order on iCart.LK, it constitutes an offer to purchase the selected items under these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by iCart.LK.

• Payment Methods: We accept online credit/debit card payments via certified secure payment gateways, direct bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible delivery destinations.
• Payment Security: Online card transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. iCart.LK does not store your full card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
• Order Confirmation: An order confirmation with your unique order code will be emailed or texted to you upon successful submission.

5. Shipping and Delivery

iCart.LK provides islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka using our trusted courier partners and fulfillment network.

• Standard islandwide deliveries typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your geographic location.
• Delivery dates and tracking details are provided with your dispatch notification. Delays caused by weather, road closures, or public holidays are communicated as soon as known.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon physical delivery to the shipping address provided during checkout.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, you are protected by our Return Policy.

• Return requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
• Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, with all included tags, manuals, and accessories.
• Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method, bank account, or iCart wallet balance within 3 to 7 business days.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use iCart.LK for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Attempting to interfere with the website's security, servers, or networks.
• Using automated scrapers, bots, or data-extraction tools without our express written permission.
• Submitting fraudulent orders, fraudulent payment information, or chargeback abuse.
• Uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on iCart.LK, including site design, graphics, logos, product photographs, text, code, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of iCart.LK and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of Sri Lanka. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iCart.LK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka.
