This Return Policy explains when customers may return products purchased from iCart.LK and how refunds, replacements, or exchanges are handled on our multi-vendor ecommerce platform.

1. Return Window

Unless a product listing or seller policy states otherwise, return requests should be made within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after the eligible window may be declined.

2. Eligible Returns

Items may be eligible for return if they are defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, missing parts, or materially different from the product description. Items must generally be unused, in original packaging, and returned with all included accessories and invoices.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be returnable, including perishable goods, intimate or hygiene products, personalized items, digital products, clearance stock, and any item marked as non-returnable on the product page or by the seller.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method, credited to the customer account, or exchanged, depending on product availability and the seller's process. Refund processing times may vary by payment gateway and bank.

5. Return Shipping

When a return is approved, return shipping instructions will be provided. If the return is due to our error or a seller defect, we may cover reasonable return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or video evidence so we can review the issue and arrange a resolution.
